i would imagine that you copy the code to the existing html file you are trying to add it. that is if that existing file had some code in the head section, you copy that code in your own head section etc. but thats just a guess.

is there a way to make a website looking always right ?(from the size, like fill the screen)

I have a pic and it looks on my computer the right size but on a smaller one its cut. I know i just could made it so big that it match what ever.
But I wonder if there is a better way

When setting your widths, use %. eg insted of 1024px put 100%. Always width of screen then

ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I HATE DREAMWEAVER! It’s pissing me off like crazy!! I draw a pic in photo shop and slice the textbox thing, and save it for web, then open with dreamweaver, but when I put text into the box, the bar at the bottom always fucks up and moves upwards, ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH *kills self

cannot replace borders with background images, unless insert there a div tag first.
